Structured leadership development
We design and deliver
THRIVE Open Cohort Programme
Structured leadership development programmes designed for newly promoted or developing leaders with 3 to 12 months of experience. In special cases, leaders preparing for promotion may be nominated after consultation.
Delivered in an open enrolment format, this programme connects leaders across industries—ideal for organisations that do not require in-house leadership development on a regular basis.

THRIVE In-House Programmes
Customised leadership development programmes designed to fit your organisation’s culture, leadership challenges, and business needs. Built on the core THRIVE framework—developed through our experience working with organisations across industries—these programmes provide a structured yet tailored approach to leadership development.
Programmes run with a minimum of six leaders, with a typical cohort size of up to 12. Available as a one-off or recurring series, with recurring deliveries offering greater cost-effectiveness.
These in-house programmes can be tailored for any leadership level—new leaders, experienced managers, or senior leadership teams.
Leadership Masterclasses & Peer Learning Groups
Targeted learning experiences that address core leadership challenges, facilitated through live, interactive virtual sessions.
Masterclasses run with 6 to 12 participants, while peer learning groups are designed for smaller cohorts of 3 to 4 leaders, facilitated by us. These sessions bring together leaders from different organisations to provide diverse perspectives but can also be delivered in-house.
Packages are available, offering a more cost-effective option. All current masterclasses are listed here and led by our experienced instructors with lived leadership experience in their respective areas.

Coaching & Mentoring services
we offer
Coaching for Leaders and Managers
Supporting leadership growth through one-on-one coaching provided by certified and experienced coaches. We offer coaching at all levels, helping leaders gain self-awareness, explore their leadership style, and navigate their own experiences with greater confidence.
Mentoring for Leaders & Managers
Guidance for both new and senior leaders. Newly promoted leaders are mentored by our core team who has held manager and team lead positions in the past, drawing from real-world management experience. Senior leaders have the opportunity to work with Catherine Clark, a former Board-level CFO with 10+ years of experience, who helps leaders refine strategies, align people and business goals, and take a holistic approach to leadership and decision-making.
Team Coaching
We offer coaching at a broader team level, particularly for middle management development and leadership alignment. While we do not provide mediation for severe conflicts, we support teams in resolving challenges, strengthening leadership, and fostering collaboration. Custom coaching packages for organisations are available, feel free to reach out to us!
