Informing managers about their direct reports’ learning journey to ensure seamless integration into overall development and performance goals
1x 45-minute deep dive with your organisational point of contact
Aligning programme learning goals with organisational objectives with your HR, People & Culture or L&D Lead and discussing measurement of progress throughout the programme.

8x 25-minute 1:1 virtual coaching sessions
Personalised coaching sessions spread over the course of three months so that leaders are supported when they need it the most (coaching can also be scheduled as 4x 50-minute sessions, depending on personal preference)
4x 90-minute live virtual group training sessions
Covering self-leadership, effective communication, building high-performing teams, and strategic thinking to equip your leaders with foundational skills to transition smoothly into their new roles
Unlimited access to bi-weekly live virtual leadership master classes
Covering areas such as time management & prioritisation, giving and receiving feedback, managing up, decision-making and problem-solving, self-care for leaders, and developing our intuition (leaders can attend as many as they like throughout the duration of the programme)

2x 30-minute check-ins with your organisational point of contact
Discussing key learning moments and opportunities for improvement to ensure THRIVE is adding continuous value to your leaders’ development and your organisation’s effectiveness, and providing feedback at the end of the programme.

to leadership positions (typically up to 12 months in their new position; most participants have 3-9 months of leadership experience).
