Introducing leaders to the programme and discussing individual goals for growth and development.

1x 30-minute onboarding call for your leaders' managers

Informing managers about their direct reports’ learning journey to ensure seamless integration into overall development and performance goals

1x 45-minute deep dive with your organisational point of contact

Aligning programme learning goals with organisational objectives with your HR, People & Culture or L&D Lead and discussing measurement of progress throughout the programme.

Ongoing Support

8x 25-minute 1:1 virtual coaching sessions

Personalised coaching sessions spread over the course of three months so that leaders are supported when they need it the most (coaching can also be scheduled as 4x 50-minute sessions, depending on personal preference)

4x 90-minute live virtual group training sessions

Covering self-leadership, effective communication, building high-performing teams, and strategic thinking to equip your leaders with foundational skills to transition smoothly into their new roles

Unlimited access to bi-weekly live virtual leadership master classes

Covering areas such as time management & prioritisation, giving and receiving feedback, managing up, decision-making and problem-solving, self-care for leaders, and developing our intuition (leaders can attend as many as they like throughout the duration of the programme)

Customised reporting

Providing leaders with insights through self-reflection on 15 statements in key leadership areas, paired with input from managers and optional team feedback, to track growth.

Self-led learning materials and templates

Access to a library of resources, including best practice guides, cheat sheets, and self-coaching tools (these materials are recommended by our THRIVE coaches to ensure that your leaders receive the right resources at the right time without feeling overwhelmed)

2x 30-minute check-ins with your organisational point of contact

Discussing key learning moments and opportunities for improvement to ensure THRIVE is adding continuous value to your leaders’ development and your organisation’s effectiveness, and providing feedback at the end of the programme.

THRIVE is ideal for:

Newly promoted leaders: Individuals who have recently moved from individual contributor roles
to leadership positions (typically up to 12 months in their new position; most participants have 3-9 months of leadership experience).
