4x 50-minute 1:1 virtual coaching sessions
Personalised, practical, and grounded in each leader’s real work and growth edge (can be scheduled flexibly, usually alternating with group training)
4x 90-minute live virtual group training sessions
Covering core themes every new leader needs: Self-Leadership, Effective Communication, Building High-Performing Teams and Strategic Leadership Skills
(every 2–3 weeks, dates are set once the cohort is confirmed to accommodate participants’ schedule)
1x 90-minute peer learning group
Real-time problem solving with peers in a structured, supportive space (dates are set once the cohort is confirmed)
Live virtual leadership masterclasses (optional & ongoing)
Unlimited access to 6+ rotating topics including Building Confidence as a First-Time Leader, Time Management & Prioritisation, Giving & Receiving Feedback, Influencing Key Stakeholders & Managing Up, and more (approx. every 2 weeks, alternating with group training sessions).

THRIVE is ideal for:
Newly promoted leaders: First-time managers navigating the leap from doing the work to leading the work.
Most participants have 3–9 months of leadership experience—and want to grow fast without burning out.
We recommend setting aside 2–3 hours per week to get the most out of THRIVE (this includes attending programme elements, applying what you’ve learned, and making space to reflect).
Spots are limited to ensure a personal experience (typically 6-10 participants per cohort).

How it's structured
Our next THRIVE open cohort runs from April to September 2025, split into three phases:

Onboarding (3 weeks): Individual and organisational alignment

Leaders will leave with clarity, confidence, and tools that last well beyond the programme.

How MARKT-PILOT equipped
new leaders to THRIVE
The starting point
MARKT-PILOT, a software developer with over 130 employees, enrolled five newly promoted leaders—some in role, one preparing for promotion—from teams in both Germany and the U.S.
The aim: build leadership confidence and create a consistent foundation across an international team, without pulling people out of their day-to-day work.
To align with their goals, we onboarded HR and the participants’ managers to ensure everything in THRIVE was grounded in the real organisational context.
The experience
Leaders joined live virtual group training sessions, paired with 1:1 coaching to tackle individual challenges in real time. Peer learning and optional masterclasses gave them a space to reflect, grow, and connect across borders.
